For a truly timeless pour, uncork a bottle of our new, limited release: Solebury Rye Whiskey. Aged in Hewn’s used oak bourbon barrels, Solebury Rye Whiskey is 100% rye and 100 proof. Prior to aging, every drop of this limited release rye passes over a piece of ancient white oak from the “Columbus Oak”, a 500-year-old oak tree that fell during a storm in Solebury, PA. A piece of this iconic, local giant now lives on in Solebury Rye Whiskey.  

There are only 250 bottles of this limited release. Bottles are available in store at our Peddler's Village Tasting Room. 50% of proceeds will be donated to the Solebury Historical Society.
