Where are Private Parties located? 
All Private Parties are located at Hewn Spirits' Tasting Room in Peddler's Village. Hewn Spirits is shop #42 and our entrance faces Street Road. Official address: 42 Peddler's Village New Hope, PA 

Can we visit Hewn Spirits' Tasting Room before booking? 
Yes, Hewn Spirits' Tasting Room in Peddler's Village is open everyday, year round. Please check our store hours prior to visiting as our hours change seasonally. 

Do you offer distillery tours?
No, Hewn Spirits' Distilling in Pipersville, PA is not open to the public. We do offer group tastings led by our knowledgeable staff at our Tasting Room in Peddler's Village. Fill out a Private Party Request Form and note that you are interested in a group tasting experience.  

What is the max capacity of Hewn Spirits' Tasting Room? 
Hewn Spirits' Tasting Room can hold approx. 65 guests. Our location consists of a main bar with high top tables and smaller tables as well as a merch room and single stall bathroom. 

Can my party show up to your Tasting Room without a reservation? 
Hewn Spirits' Tasting Room operates on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee seating or priority service without a reservation, especially on busy weekends. We highly suggest filling out a Private Party Request Form for parties of 8 or more. Parties of 8 or less who are interested in guaranteed seating and priority service are encourage to fill out a Private Party Request Form. 

What type of bar tabs do you offer?
Private parties have a few bar tab options to choose from: 
1. Open Bar Tab: Prefixed per person pricing with 20% gratuity paid ahead of the event.
2. Consumption Tab: All drink orders are recorded on one bar tab that is then paid by the host at the end of the event with a 20% gratuity. Hosts have the option of setting a spend limit on a consumption tab. Once the limit is met hosts can move to a cash bar where guests then pay for their drink orders.
3. Cash Bar: Guests pay for their own drink orders.

Is food available at your location? 
We have small snacks (i.e. bags of chips) available for purchase. We highly encourage all parties to provide food for their guests via catering or ordering food platers from stores like Wegman's or Giant. Please be sure to supply all paper products and utensils that your guests will need to enjoy the food you are providing. We do not have napkins, plates or utensils on hand.

Can I have wine and/or beer served at my party?
We have a network of local wineries and breweries to offer you and your guests wine and/or beer options. Due to our license, all wine and/or beer served at our Tasting Room must be provided by Hewn Spirits and must be local to PA. All outside alcohol is prohibited.

Can I provide soft drinks/beverages for my guests?
We encourage private parties to provide water bottles and soft drinks for their guests. Tap water is free for all guests, however do not carry any soda products. Our Tasting Room has a small fridge with a limited selection of sparkling water, kombucha and water bottles that your guests can purchase at the register.

Private Parties During Peddler's Village Festivals...
There are certain weekends and times of the year when we cannot consider private party requests due to scheduled Peddler's Village Festivals. Private party pricing is also dependent on the time of year and can fluctuate based on busier seasons. If you are concerned about a festival scheduled for your date of interest, fill out a private party request form and we can work with you on options. 

Is there parking at your location? 
There are various parking lots that are all free to the public around Peddler's Village. The best parking for our location is located across Street Road from our store front next to the Peddler's Village Red Barn Visitor's Center. 

Can we have live music at our party?
Depending on the size of your party, a small solo or duo live music act can fit inside our Tasting Room. We welcome parties to bring their own bluetooth speakers to play music from as well.
